Our chemical laboratory is located in Pingshan, Shenzhen, and operates independently of the factories. This 5,000 sq ft lab features ICP and GC-MS machines to test raw materials and finished product for restricted substances such as heavy metals and phthalates. It was accredited by CNAS in 2011 and by Hasbro in 2010.

Established in 2004, Top Chain sits on a 700,000 sq ft plot of land and produces a full range of plastic toys, office furniture components, and action sports helmets. 

Internally, Top Chain has a full fledged physical lab that performs safety and reliability testing across the full product range, including helmet impact machine. Furthermore, Top Chain possesses a PU foam R&D department, responsible for creating formulations tailored to the customer's specific needs.

Established as a joint venture in 2016, Satish Toy Manufacturing LLP has 100,000 sq ft of production facilities and storage space. This facility produces primarily mechanical and/or electronic role play toys, mechanical or electric blasters, and foam darts. It also has its own in-house physical lab. To support product development, our partner mold shop is just a stone throw away. And to accommodate the every growing need to source outside China, further expansion is being planned in the near future.
